Registrant: The registrant must demonstrate a connection with Ireland (being Irish or an Irish company, owning a trademark valid in Ireland, having Irish customers or suppliers, having a service or product or website dedicated to the Irish people, and so on.) If the holder already owns a .IE domain name, there is no need to prove their connection with Ireland or their identity again (Only if the Registrant's data are identical). Administrative Contact : In order to register an .IE domain name, the administrative contact must be an individual who will act as the designated representative of the registrant.
