Workspace stays a Google service. Silurian manages the subscription, billing and support relationship around it.
Which applications are included with Google Workspace?
Every Business plan includes professional Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites and other connected productivity tools. Storage, meeting capacity, AI assistance, retention and advanced security differ by edition.
Is Gemini AI included?
Yes. Business Starter includes Gemini assistance in Gmail and access to the Gemini app. Business Standard and Plus add Gemini across Workspace apps such as Docs and Meet, together with Gemini Notebook research capabilities. Google can vary individual AI features and usage limits by edition.
Can I transfer my current Google Workspace subscription to Silurian?
Yes. You can transfer an existing Google Workspace tenant to Silurian. Your users, data and administrator access remain in the same Google Workspace tenant. However, the remaining subscription term with your current provider will not transfer, so you must purchase a new subscription term. Currently, only the newer Google Workspace plans can be transferred; legacy G Suite Basic and G Suite Business plans are not supported.
Do I need to transfer my domain registration?
No. Your domain can stay with its current registrar. Workspace only needs the DNS records required to verify ownership and deliver email; Silurian will show you what must be added.
What is the difference between annual and flexible billing?
Annual billing has a lower monthly equivalent and covers a 12-month commitment. Flexible billing is charged monthly and gives you more freedom to change the subscription month by month. The selector above shows the current price for both choices.
Can I add or remove user licences later?
You can add licences as your team grows. Flexible subscriptions can normally reduce licences for the following billing period; annual commitments generally apply reductions at renewal. A transferred annual subscription must initially keep at least its existing committed licence quantity.
Where do I manage users, passwords and security?
Your administrator uses Google Admin for users, groups, passwords, applications, devices and security policies. Your Silurian workspace keeps the commercial subscription, licence quantity, billing, renewal and support history together.
