Google Workspace Management Authorisation

This is a separate, optional authorisation. It does not form part of merely purchasing a Workspace subscription. Only the Customer account owner may grant it.

1. Appointment and purpose

The Customer appoints Silurian as its authorised technical administrator solely to connect, support and administer the identified Google Workspace tenant through the functions made available in the Silurian panel and through reviewed support instructions.

2. Google terms remain a Customer action

The Customer must accept Google's terms directly. A Customer Super Admin will sign in to Google Admin and accept any initial or transfer-related Google agreement before using the service. Silurian may explain the step and record that the Customer reports it complete, but this authorisation does not permit Silurian, its staff, its service account or another third party to accept Google's terms in the Customer's place.

3. Limited administrative scope

After a Customer Super Admin assigns the documented limited role to the Silurian service account, the authorised scope includes creating, suspending or restoring non-administrator users; managing aliases, groups and memberships; assigning or revoking contracted Workspace licences; and performing necessary connection and support checks. Silurian is not authorised to read Gmail messages, Drive files, Chat content or other end-user content merely because administration is connected. The service account is not a Super Admin and does not receive domain-wide delegation.

4. Customer confirmations

The Customer confirms that it controls the tenant and domain, has authority to appoint Silurian, will keep a Customer-controlled Super Admin and external recovery address, and will inform administrators and end users and obtain any permissions required by law and Google's terms. The Customer remains responsible for the legality of its instructions and end-user activity.

5. Safeguards and evidence

Silurian will use least-privilege access, record administrative actions, protect credentials and link management actions to this acceptance. High-impact or unavailable actions require separate confirmation or manual review. Silurian will not store the Customer's Google password.

6. Withdrawal

The Customer may disconnect administration in the Silurian panel or instruct Silurian to stop. Withdrawal prevents new management actions after processing but does not undo completed provider actions, terminate the subscription or erase required audit evidence. A Customer Super Admin should also remove the Silurian service-account role in Google Admin.
