Profiles and permissions

Understand the difference between your login identity, a client account and the permissions connecting them.

Public guideReviewed 2026-07-18

One identity, several clients

A verified visitor has one Silurian login and may be authorised for several client accounts. Switching client changes the account context; it does not duplicate the user.

Country separation

Each client has an operational Silurian country. You may discover an account from another country site, but its products, billing and profile remain hidden until you continue on the correct country domain.

Profile access

Personal profile data belongs to the signed-in identity. Client profile data requires the explicit profile permission and exposes only an allowlisted identity, address, contact, tax and country subset.

Team roles

Only the owner can invite and remove members. A member may receive all products, selected products, billing or profile access, but full access never grants the right to manage the team.
